My personal branding is built around Dexter Variable, a sans based on the quirks of my handwriting, with a variable axis for weight. The logo combines my initials (JTP) with the pilcrow glyph—a nod to the hidden characters in a body of text, as well as the underlying design systems that I employ in my work.

Dexter Variable includes a number of alternate glyphs and discretionary ligatures, which echo the messy interconnections of my handwriting.

Orange and green have always been favorite colors of mine, so it seemed only natural to expand that preference into a color palette that includes the three adventurous secondary colors.
